Composites : ECS PRESS short-stroke compression press
One of PINETTE PEI ‘s strengths lies in its ability to design, build and supply state-of-the-art, efficient equipment. With this in mind, we are proud to present the new generation of compression forming presses: the ECS PRESS (Eco – Compact – Sustainable). This multi-process press features an active parallelism control system, and has been designed to be compatible with the following processes: stamping, SMC, C-SMC, HP-RTM, consolidation and overmolding.

PINETTE PEI ‘s main strength lies in its ability to produce custom-designed equipment. As a result, the force and dimensions of this machine can be adapted between 10,000 and 40,000 kN to best meet our customers’ needs.

The above-ground height of this hydraulic press (designed for pit installation) has been reduced by 50% compared with traditional generations. Easy to assemble, lift and handle, this equipment has demonstrated its ergonomic efficiency. In fact, the machine has been designed to allow access to all four sides of the machine. facilitates operators’ work (for production and maintenance activities) enables press integration into automated production lines

The installed power required to operate the machine has also been reduced by 50% compared with older-generation presses. This means lower consumption and lower overall energy bills.

The working area is free from pollutants such as grease or hydraulic oil, and the low noise level guarantees safety and comfort for operators. In fact, the volume of hydraulic oil required has been reduced by 80%.
